Actor James Woods has been locked out of his Twitter account over a July tweet that was found to be in violation of Twitter's rules. The tweet includes a meme from a hoax campaign encouraging men to abstain from voting in the midterm elections. In the tweet, Woods acknowledged the meme likely wasn't real. He got an email from Twitter on Thursday saying the tweet has the potential to be misleading and could impact an election. Woods says he won't delete the tweet.

TWITTER vs WOODS?  Twitter - what is your problem? the post is NOTHING and certainly not offensive! Maybe this we be a catalyst for the Justice Dept to investigate what can and cannot be restricted on social media.
