The Amazon impact to retail has been devastating and likely, will result in more empty stores and malls. One thing Amazon may not be the best at is selling recycled stuff - the touchy feely is just not there. So, maybe new opportunity to repurpose old malls like the Swedes did. I am not talking flea markets - those have been around a long time. I am talking something along the lines of ReTuna - and making them a regional destination! Americans buy a lot of stuff (no kidding) and throw away a lot of stuff - destination - landfill. Maybe real recycling may be retail recycling! Bezos is investing in real estate - why not eBay?
